1About these terms
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the CureSee website, apps and vision therapy software (the "Platform"), operated by MPJ CureSee Pvt. Ltd. ("CureSee", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. Read them together with our Privacy Policy.
2Who can use CureSee
Patients aged 18 or over may use the Platform themselves. For a patient under 18, a parent or legal guardian must create the account, accept these terms on the child's behalf and supervise their use. Doctors and clinics must be registered medical practitioners or licensed eye care professionals. Hospitals and partners use the Platform under a separate written agreement, which takes precedence over these terms if the two conflict.
3Prescription only
Patients can access CureSee only on the prescription of a doctor registered with us. Your doctor decides whether the therapy is suitable for you, sets your plan and reviews your progress. Follow your doctor's instructions on how often and how long to use it.
4Not a substitute for medical care
CureSee supports the eye care your doctor provides. It does not diagnose conditions and is not for emergencies. If you notice headaches, eye strain, dizziness, double vision or any change in your sight while using it, stop and contact your doctor. Results differ from person to person, and we do not promise any particular outcome.
5Your account
Give accurate details and keep them up to date. Keep your login private and do not share your account; each patient needs their own. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account. Parents and guardians are responsible for activity on their child's account.
6Your device and internet
You use CureSee on your own compatible tablet or computer, with your own internet connection. Any data or device costs are yours. We are not responsible for problems caused by your device, its settings or your connection.
7Fees and payment
CureSee is paid for through your prescribing clinic. The clinic collects payment from you. That's why your payment related queries cannot be answered by CureSee. Clinics are invoiced under their agreement with us.
8No refunds or cancellations
No refunds, cancellations or replacements apply to any CureSee plan or service. Please speak to your doctor before starting a plan. Questions about a charge should go to the clinic that billed you.
9Doctors and clinics
If you prescribe CureSee, you confirm that you hold a valid registration, that you use your own clinical judgement for each patient, and that you have the patient's or guardian's consent. You remain responsible for diagnosis, prescription and follow-up. Use patient data on the Platform only to treat that patient, and follow all applicable medical and data protection laws.
10Acceptable use
Do not copy, modify, reverse engineer or resell any part of the Platform. Do not access accounts or data that are not yours, upload harmful code, interfere with the Platform's security or use it for anything unlawful.
11Intellectual property
The Platform, its software, therapy exercises, content, name and logo belong to MPJ CureSee Pvt. Ltd.. We give you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the Platform for the therapy prescribed to you, or, for doctors and clinics, to prescribe and monitor it.
12Your data
We handle personal data as set out in our Privacy Policy, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. You can contact our Data Protection Officer at any time about your data.
13Availability and changes to the Platform
We work to keep CureSee available, but we cannot guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update features or pause the Platform for maintenance. Where we can, we will tell you in advance.
14Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, CureSee is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount paid for your CureSee plan in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
15Suspension and closing your account
We may suspend or close an account if these terms are broken, if the prescription ends, or if the law requires it. You may stop using CureSee at any time and ask our Data Protection Officer to delete your account.
16Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the new version here with its date, and tell you in the app or by email before any important change takes effect. If you keep using CureSee after that, you accept the updated terms.
17Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Gurugram, Haryana have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from your use of the Platform.
18Grievances
Under the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, you can raise any complaint about the Platform with our Grievance Officer, whose details are below.
